The Soul's Retreat: A Day of Renewal and Rejuvenation

Watch for announcement of date and time.
Location announced upon registration.

Work-related stress has increased in recent years, making it even more important to take time out from our busy lives to slow down, listen, and simply breathe. People in the healing professions or other forms of caregiving work may be especially prone to this stress. They spend time taking care of others’ needs, sometimes at the expense of their own need for renewal and self care.

In response to this need, we offer this day to you. Come away feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, re-connected, and aware of practices to support your continuing self-care.

In The Soul’s Retreat, you will…

  • Experience the stillness of the soul, through imagery, sound, and color;
  • Express the soul’s beauty through poetry, art, and music;
  • Explore how nature re-connects us to our deepest self, connecting us with all life;
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue to nurture and support authentic communication.
